This workshop will help bring balance to your daily life and shift your mood to a more positive, blissful perspective.
Throughout the workshop you will learn different techniques of self-massage, calming breath techniques and mindfulness that you can use in your own time to ease tension, to unwind after a busy day or to fall asleep feeling relaxed. This workshop is perfect for you if you are looking at supporting yourself by learning some simple, calming and effective self-massage techniques that you can share with friends and family.
While working with affirmation, we will transition to different poses through a relaxing restorative yoga sequence, before settling down for a guided yoga Nidra meditation.
