Inversions counter the day to day movement and mindset and let us see the world from a different perspective, upside down. Use various techniques to create the foundation needed for turning upside down. Learn how to stack the body in a way that allows you to resist gravity. You will practice a variety of inversions that are accessible for everyone, with challenging options.
Postures covered are: Pincha Mayurasana, Bakasana, Eka Pada Bakasana, Gandha Berundhasana (chin stand), Devaduuta Panna asana (fallen angel), Baddha Hasta Sirsasana A, B, C and Mukta Hasta Sirsasana A, B, C (headstands). Urdva Vrksasana (handstand)
