This practice is for those who want to focus on strength and are intrigued by mediation and pranayama. In this class we will hold poses a bit longer, focus on the breath and move a little more mindfully. This style is great for those who want to create more mindfulness and to slow down just a little bit. In Yin you are completely surrendering to stillness. You hold poses for 3-5minutes. Really working into the fascia and putting stress on your muscles in a different way. Yin makes you truly sit with yourself for the entire practice. A chance to see where your mind goes, what feelings pop up and how you're feeling. Yin really focuses on the mediation. Enjoy the class
