We want to sincerely apologise for all the problems over the last two weeks, we have had some classes fail to stream properly due to a number of issues, from microphone, device software, or internet connection.
We are very sorry for this and are doing everything to fix the issues permanently.

We tested over 20 classes this morning and the sound quality and all of them sounded nice and clear. Hopefully the problem is gone and we all can enjoy online classes.
