Christina first tried yoga at the tender age of 15. From then on she dipped in and out of practice over the years with her first experience of hot yoga being over 10 years ago. Yoga came back into her life when she needed it the most and it helped her work through one of the toughest times in her life.
After realising how much it helped to improve her mental well-being she travelled to Goa, India for her 200 hour yoga teacher training in the hope to help bring happiness back to those who need it. She trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar alignment. Christina has also trained with David Swenson, learning and practising the Ashtanga primary series.
She has taught in various places from Argentina and Central America to Kent, and now moved to Cornwall.
Christina encourages students to use props in class to make postures more accessible and to make them feel more comfortable.
