New Healing Hatha class on Tuesday 9.30am with Sue Suddaby-Overton.
Sue is very spiritual and a practicng intuitive and healer. She brings a sense of emotional reflection and spiritual understanding to classes. Each participant is encouraged to privately reflect on their own experience. Sue has practised many types of yoga and found the mind body approach life changing. As a Shamanic Soul Retrieval Practitioner, Helix Healing Practitioner, Reflexologist, Karuna Reiki Master / Teacher, Usui Reiki Master, trainee Counsellor, tarot reader / psychic clairvoyant medium, these aspects naturally gravitate in to her yoga classes and give a very unique style of class ambience. Her classes are traditionally based in Hatha, an ancient and well known style of yoga and finishes with a relaxation. The class is mixed ability so there is something for everyone.
