Maybe it is cold outside, but you'll definitely get warm in our Hot Yoga classes. The heat allows you to stretch a little further and achieve a greater range of motion. Sweating in a warm environment can improve circulation, bringing oxygen- and nutrient-rich blood to skin cells. This, may help to nourish your skin. It will relax you and give you great health benefits as all type of yoga does. Just remember to keep hydrated, listen to your body, don’t push yourself – practise with kindness to yourself and take a break and few extra deep breaths when you need it. Thank for your energy last night?
